Even with water levels going up and down, the fish have not backed down. The bite has been extremely good up around Little Traverse by Garden Island and also by Little Oak Island. Get your line in water anywhere from 12’ – 21’, use hammered gold, pink or orange spinners topped off with minnows, leeches or crawlers and you should have your limit in no time. High Water
Our docks continue to be pretty wet at this time due to the high water however we have made changes to keep business as usual. A floating dock has been installed for safe loading and unloading on to the charter boats. The only service that is not available at this time is dock slip rentals however, we expect to see open back up in a week or two. If you are traveling to us from the east, on Hwy 11 near International Falls is back open at this time, but check www.511mn.org for up to date information.
