No Fishing License required during Take-A-Kid Fishing Weekend June 5-7, 2015 in Minnesota.
This is a great time to teach a kid a sport he or she can enjoy for a lifetime!
Minnesotans 16 or older who take a child 15 or younger fishing don’t need a license that weekend. http://www.dnr.state.mn.us/fishing/seasons.html

7 year old Hunter was here fishing with his dad and boy did he have some good luck! He caught and released a 27 ¼ inch walleye and a 26 inch
